# Voice Reminder Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Voice Reminder. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
## The Service
Voice Reminder helps you turn messy spoken thoughts into reminders you can review before saving. The app includes manual reminder creation, local notifications, optional account sign-in, optional cloud sync, voice-based reminder creation, and optional Voice Reminder Pro subscription features.
## Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the app lawfully
- Provide accurate account information when signing in
- Review reminder drafts before saving when voice parsing is uncertain
- Keep your device, Apple ID, Google account, and app account secure
- Avoid using the service to create unlawful, harmful, abusive, or misleading content
## Reminders and Notifications
Voice Reminder is a productivity tool. Notifications, reminders, voice parsing, and sync may fail or be delayed due to device settings, permissions, network availability, operating system behavior, service outages, or other factors.
You are responsible for checking important reminders independently. Do not rely on Voice Reminder for emergencies, medical instructions, legal deadlines, financial deadlines, safety-critical alerts, or any situation where a missed or delayed reminder could cause harm.
## Voice and AI Features
Voice reminder creation may use speech recognition and AI parsing. AI-generated parsing may be inaccurate, incomplete, or ambiguous. You should review the reminder title, date, time, notes, repeat settings, and notification settings before relying on a created reminder.
Voice Reminder may intentionally leave vague or unsupported timing unresolved instead of guessing. You are responsible for confirming or editing reminder drafts before saving.
We may limit free voice usage, require sign-in for continued voice usage, or provide expanded voice usage through Voice Reminder Pro.
## Voice Reminder Pro
Voice Reminder Pro is an optional subscription that may include benefits such as expanded AI voice reminder creation, cloud sync, and full cloud recognition features.
Subscription availability, pricing, billing period, trial availability, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are managed through Apple App Store and RevenueCat. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.
If a subscription is canceled, Pro access may continue until the end of the paid billing period. If payment fails or entitlement status cannot be verified, Pro access may be limited.
## Account Sign-In and Sync
You may use Voice Reminder locally without signing in. If you sign in, reminder data may sync to the cloud. Sync is best effort and may be delayed or unavailable. If multiple devices edit reminders, the app may merge data based on timestamps and deletion markers.
## Data Deletion
You may delete reminders, clear local data, or delete your signed-in account inside the app. Account deletion deletes your app account and account-linked cloud reminder data from Voice Reminder systems. Local app data on the device is also cleared after deletion completes.
If you have an Apple auto-renewable subscription, deleting your Voice Reminder account does not automatically cancel Apple billing. You are responsible for canceling subscriptions in Apple ID subscription settings if you do not want renewal charges.

## Privacy
Your use of Voice Reminder is also governed by the Voice Reminder Privacy Policy.
## Third-Party Services
Voice Reminder may rely on third-party services including Supabase, Apple, Google, OpenAI, RevenueCat, Firebase, and Expo. These services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
## Intellectual Property
Voice Reminder, including its design, branding, code, and content, is owned by the app owner or licensed to the app owner. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the app or its intellectual property.
## Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization
- Reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law
- Abuse free usage limits, subscriptions, or voice parsing endpoints
- Use the app to violate laws or third-party rights
## Disclaimer
Voice Reminder is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that reminders and notifications will always be delivered accurately or on time.
## Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the app owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, missed reminders, missed deadlines, or service interruptions arising from your use of Voice Reminder.
## Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice in the app or App Store listing.
